　昨日に引き続き、クリナップのイベントのレポートを続けさせてくださいませね（浜内風）

　料理研究家の浜内千波先生をご存知ない方はいらっしゃらないのでは　

　男性はどうでしょう？　少なくとも我が子は知っていました。

　浜内先生　もともと歯に衣着せぬ言い方と語尾の丁寧さの特徴が好きです。
　料理については　「先生」の名にふさわしい知識の豊富さと、アイデア力がある方ですね。

　　　　　　　　　　

　今回のトークをお聞きして思いました。
　料理が上手・発想が豊か、その上、一番の魅力は人間性である　と

　先生の料理教室は　受講が３年待ちとのこと。　納得ですわ。

　浜内先生の思い　「豊かな家庭料理を伝えたい」　というものが　私にも伝わりました。
　
　キッチンに立つ人が楽しくなくては意味がない！
　料理に自信がなかったり、料理の場所にストレスを感じていたり．．．
　しかぁし、キッチンに自分を合わせていかないと。

　そして楽しい料理のためにキッチンで必要な事を、浜内先生の話からまとめてみると、、、

　排水溝までオールステンレスであればストレスフリーになるほど　衛生面を重視

　オールステンレスのキャビネット　　カトラリーもステンレスが一番衛生的

　ワークトップはステンレスのエンボス加工だと耐久性がアップ
　　　（シンク内のエンボス加工は　流水音も少ない）

　洗えるレンジフード　　全自動で清掃が完了してしまう画期的な楽々手入れ　　　　　

　これらが全て詰まっているのが、６月から発売される　クリナップの新クリンレディなのです。

　収納に関しての考え方も、
　「日本人は器用だから、世界各国の料理にトライする。そのため、調味料も調理器具も多く
　必要で、結果　狭いところでの収納に困る」　という先生の考えに思いっきりうなずく。
　私自身がまさにそれですから　

　そこでクリンレディは、シンク下のキャビネットまで充実し、多くの収納ができるのが魅力的。
　全てスライド式で中身の確認が容易。
　また、立ったまま収納物をとることができる設計がされている　というものポイントが高いです。

すごい人気ですね　3年も待てるのは　お料理ができる方々だからかなぁ
急を要する人はまってられないですものね（笑）

うちの流しの悩みは、シンクしたの収納の扉の取っ手が飛び出しているので前合わせの服とかだと引っかかってしまうこと。
エプロンすればほぼ解決ではあるんですけど・・・・
